If you need help finding resources and have a loved one with any chronic illness, disability or other condition, call the Statewide Toll-free Information/Referral Line for families with Children and Youth with Special Health Care needs at 1-866-326-8437.

Callers who frequently don’t know where to go for help, can call this line from anywhere in the state at no cost to access valuable resources in their local communities such as emergency or basic needs assistance, disability resources, specialty care, public assistance programs, health services, community services, consumer assistance, transportation options, medical equipment, respite, behavioral health services or other supportive services. The Line operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
