CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Clam chowder, sourdough bread with margarine and three bean salad.

TUESDAY: Asian chicken salad, Mandarin oranges with Jell-O and fortune cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Reuben sandwiches, pickled beets, grapes and lemon bars.

THURSDAY: Manicotti, Italian vegetables, berries in a cloud and bread with margarine.

FRIDAY: Joe’s ribs, baked beans, carrots and ambrosia.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Baked chicken tenders, French baked potatoes, beets in orange sauce, carrot and raisin salad, cracked wheat bread, apple butter and ambrosia.

TUESDAY: Liver and onions or Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, cauliflower, whole wheat bread with margarine, mixed fruit and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Meat and potato tacos, steamed brown rice, calabacitas and apricot halves.

THURSDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, vegetable salad, whole wheat rolls with margarine and raspberry cranberry salad.

FRIDAY: Corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, cantaloupe, biscuits with margarine, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Tamale pie, green salad, salsa and sour cream, refried beans and apple churro.

TUESDAY: Minestrone soup, cottage cheese, fresh fruit, chicken tenders and whole wheat crackers.

WEDNESDAY: Ham and scalloped potatoes, Waldorf salad, green beans, croissants, applesauce and cookies.

THURSDAY: Tomato soup, tuna salad sandwiches on whole wheat bread, lettuce and tomato, apple slices with peanut butter and ice cream.

FRIDAY: White chicken chili with cheese and onions, marinated tomato salad, corn bread and peach cobbler.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Italian turkey burgers, baked steak fries, peas and carrots and honeydew.

TUESDAY: Chicken tacos, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, refried beans, zucchini and tomatoes, salsa with chips and apricots.

WEDNESDAY: Cabbage casserole, stewed tomatoes, whole wheat rolls, margarine and peach cobbler.

THURSDAY: Barbecue pork ribs, scalloped potatoes, mustard greens, whole wheat bread and apples.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, honeydew, toast, margarine, V8 and orange juice.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Spinach stuffed chicken, au gratin potatoes, corn and salad.

TUESDAY: Roast beef, red potatoes, mixed vegetables, peaches and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Tamale pie, Spanish rice, refried beans and salad.

THURSDAY: Corn potato chowder, grilled cheese sandwiches and oranges.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Breakfast skillet, sausage links and fruit.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, salad and brownies.

TUESDAY: Liver and onions, brown gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, bread with apple butter and peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Chili dogs, French fries, broccoli salad and Jell-O with pears.

THURSDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, spinach, green salad, bread and ice cream.

FRIDAY: Chicken enchiladas, refried beans, Spanish rice, ice cream and cookies.
