Trustees meet Thursday

A regular meeting of the Churchill County School District Board will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Churchill County Administration Office, 690 S. Maine St.

Items to be discussed and that are up for possible actions include the following:

For Possible Action: Third reading: Approval of changes to Policy 8316 - Adoption of administrative regulations.

For Possible Action: Third reading: Approval of rewrite of Policy 4139/5410 - Safe and respectful learning environment.

For Review Only: Review of rewrite of Regulation 4139/5410 - Safe and respectful learning environment.

For Discussion and Possible Action: Approve award of a contract to Ferguson Construction in the amount of $49,363.00 for construction of the Numa Elementary 2014 Main Entry Remodel Project.

For Possible Action: Action to ratify the 2013-2014 School Year Tentative Agreement between the Churchill County School District and the Churchill County Education Association, including fiscal impact data. Presenter: Dr. Sheldon

For Discussion Only: Review of the district performance plan.

Discussion and Possible Action: Regarding future agenda items as requested by the board of trustees and clarification of requested agenda items.
