Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Lasagna, Italian vegetables, garlic bread sticks and berries in a cloud.

TUESDAY: Bean and ham soup, broccoli salad, orange wedges and tapioca pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Pollock in cilantro sauce, Spanish rice, chips and salsa and peaches.

THURSDAY: Rigatoni with ricotta and tomato sauce, salad, French bread with margarine and pears.

FRIDAY: Chickens trips with barbecue sauce, coleslaw, baked beans, grape juice and cranberry apple crisp.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Breaded fish squares, tartar sauce, coleslaw, potato wedges, apricots and cake with plum sauce.

TUESDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, low-sodium French dressing, whole wheat bread with peach butter and fruit cups.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken enchiladas, refried beans, cauliflower, green salad, dressing and fruit cocktail.

THURSDAY: Meatballs and mozzarella on French rolls, green beans, stewed tomatoes, potato wedges, cottage cheese and pineapple.

FRIDAY: Roast turkey, stuffing, gravy, whole kernel corn, colorful salad, Catalina dressing, whole cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and warm apple cider.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Baked ham with roasted pork, gravy, Waldorf salad, mashed potatoes, peas, pearl onions and dessert.

TUESDAY: Meatloaf, romaine and dried cranberry salad, au gratin potatoes, green beans and banana cream pie.

WEDNESDAY: Cheese tortellini with Alfredo sauce, broccoli salad, peas, carrots, garlic bread, Jell-O with whipped topping.

THURSDAY: Chicken cacciatore, linguine, baked squash, mixed greens, creamy Italian dressing and peanut butter cookies.

FRIDAY: Roast beef with gravy, red potatoes, broccoli, garden salad and lemon cranberry muffins.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

TUESDAY: Dixieland shortcake, black eyed peas, garden salad, creamy Italian dressing and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Tuna noodle casserole, vegetable medley, sliced tomatoes, cracked wheat bread, apple butter and oatmeal and date bars.

THURSDAY: Lasagna, spinach salad, garlic bread, peaches, pineapple and brownies.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Baked omelet with ham and cheese, blueberry muffins, grapes, V8 and orange juice.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Split pea soup with ham and grilled cheese sandwiches.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, yellow squash, garlic bread and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Orange rosemary pork chops, carrots and rice.

THURSDAY: Roast beef sandwiches, au jus, rice and sliced tomatoes.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls and fruit.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Pulled pork sandwiches, Tater Tots, carrots, celery, coleslaw and apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Chicken noodle casserole, tomatoes, zucchini, corn bread and pears.

WEDNESDAY: Burritos with green sauce, Spanish rice, ranch beans and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Stuffed bell peppers, egg noodles, green salad, garlic bread and pudding.

FRIDAY: Thanksgiving dinner.
