Beijing Palace, the Chinese restaurant at 4250 Cochise St, Ste 40, closed this week. Gary Moreira, broker with Cushman & Wakefield Real Estate Solutions, said owner Peter Shao retired. Moreira said a Thai restaurant is expected to move into the building within six weeks.
