Carson Sheriffs deputies are looking for the man who allegedly robbed the Carson Nugget Monday morning.
The man made his way to the center of an island of slot machines and used a Kobalt brand pry bar to break into a lockbox.
He took four bags of Nugget one-dollar tokens — a total of $1,600 in coins — put them in his backpack and left the casino.
Detective Dave Legros said he isn’t sure what the suspect intends to do with the coins since they are only usable at the Carson Nugget casino. He said security video footage clearly shows the suspect and asks anyone recognizing him call him at 283-7853.
