Cheers & Kudos: My Les Schwab story

While driving home from Gardnerville, my car notified me that my tire pressure was at 12 pounds. I decided to get to a gas station on my way home. I filled the tire, but it still had a slow leak. I got back in my car and prayed I would make it to Les Schwab on South Carson Street.

I pulled into Les Schwab at 5:59 p.m. A Les Schwab worker came running out to greet me and asked what he could help me with. I explained my tire situation and apologized for my timing, a minute before closing. His response was, “No problem; we can take care of you. May I have your keys, ma’am?”

Twenty minutes later my tire was repaired and I was on the road again.

I would like to thank everyone at Les Schwab located at 3020 S. Carson St., where the service is always above and beyond excellent. Thanks for a job well done.
