Fallon woman arrested for exploiting senior citizen

Daylene Tibbals, 29, of Fallon, was arrested Thursday evening on felony charges involving the alleged exploitation of an older person.

A spokesman for the Yerington Police Department said the arrest came following a lengthy investigation.

Tibbals, a former Yerington resident, was booked on one felony count of exploitation of an older person, one count of theft and four counts of fraudulent use of the victim’s credit card.

A police spokesman said the total amount of money allegedly taken was nearly $70,000.
