Fallon's Levi Andrews gets brought down by Carson's Jeremy Heaton Saturday at Carson High.
The Sierra Youth Football League kicked off its season over the weekend at several high schools where Fallon was in action in four of the seven divisions.
Fallon took on Reed at Reno High School in the bandits division, while the Wave faced Wooster in the freshman class at Carson High School. Fallon battled Carson and Dayton in the junior varsity and varsity divisions, respectfully, at Carson. Fallon had a bye in the mavericks, renegade and collegiate divisions.
All Fallon teams take on Fernley in Fernley on Saturday, beginning at 8 a.m. with the Bandits division and concluding with the Collegiate at 8 p.m.
