David Ruf is hosting two workshops this month at Greenhouse Garden Center, 2450 S. Curry St.
A session about autumn container planting at 1 p.m. Saturday. The cost is $10, which includes soil and fertilizer for container plantings. Attendees are invited to bring their own container or buy one at the event, along with a selection of plant material.
Fall Bulbs for Spring Color will be at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 20. The event will cover planting spring blooms, such as tulips, daffodils, alliums and corcus. Admission is free.
