Fallon police recover stolen deputy’s pistol; 3 people in custody

Fallon police recovered a stolen deputy’s service weapon on Thursday and have arrested three people in connection with a burglary that occurred Sept. 12.

According to Capt. Vern Ulrich, the Fallon Police Department has been investigating the burglary of a Churchill County sheriff deputy’s home since the incident happened two weeks ago. During that time, Ulrich said the FPD served two search warrants and recovered numerous stolen items.

Ulrich said names of those arrested will not be released at this time because the investigation is ongoing.
