For the first time ever, the Carson Tahoe Foundation has enlisted the help and hope of the entire community to empower others to spread goodwill and raise awareness and funds for neighbors in need.

“21 Days of Hope” is a movement that makes a true and lasting impact for local cancer patients by assembling inspiring messages of hope culminating with the famously fun fundraising event, HopeFest 2015. The free benefit concert is set to take place on Aug. 21 at the Carson Tahoe Cancer Center.

Pioneered by the event’s “Circle of Hope” members, “21 Days Of Hope” consists of both corporate and personal sponsors displaying their commitment and solidarity to HopeFest 2015. Whether it’s a lawn sign, car or window decal or even a social media post to share the excitement of HopeFest 2015, “21 Days of Hope” is aimed to show actions both big and small can impact the community in an important and meaningful way.

“Participating in ’21 Days of Hope’ lets you easily demonstrate your commitment to helping our local friends who are experiencing a devastating financial struggle as a result of their cancer diagnosis,” said Kitty McKay, Director of Foundation Development at Carson Tahoe Health. “This is the perfect time to come together to publically and financially share hope and healing!”

It’s not too late to become a “Circle of Hope” member and support local cancer patients. For questions about the event or to make a donation to support local cancer patients, please call 775-445-5161 or email info@carsontahoe.org.

Event food is available from locally acclaimed food trucks; BoDawgs, All Wrapped Up, Mt. Mogrit Gourmet, Taste Of Chicago, Little Jimmies Italian Ice and Polka Dot Confections. Beverages will be available from the exclusive beer and wine sponsors, Lake Tahoe Brewing, Southern Wine and Spirits and Wirtz Beverage Nevada.
