Carson City Supervisor Jim Shirk is seeking feedback from his constituents.
“My goal: Improve communication between city government and citizens. Meeting members of the community on their terms will help to build community awareness. We need to find ways to broaden and deepen the community access to local government, and the first step: ease of accessibility.”
