WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, chopped spinach salad, assorted dressing, garlic bread and fresh oranges.
THURSDAY: Cornish game hen, wild rice, green beans, mixed berries and bread pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken broccoli rice, beet salad, apricot bran muffins, margarine, honeydew and cantaloupe fruit cups.
THURSDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, whole wheat rolls, margarine and cake.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:
MONDAY: Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, dinner rolls, three bean salad, carrots, pineapple juice and tapioca pudding.
TUESDAY: Turkey bean soup, bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches, orange spinach salad and pear halves.
WEDNESDAY: Swiss steak, baked potatoes with shredded cheese, sour cream and chives, vegetable medley, whole wheat bread and fresh apples.
THURSDAY: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli casserole, Waldorf salad, rolls and red velvet cake.
