Fourth of July fireworks still a go

The annual Fourth of July fireworks display is still a go for tonight.

Despite the late afternoon and early thundershowers and heavy rain that postponed the racing until Sunday at 1 p.m., the aerial display of fireworks will begin at 9 p.m. at Rattlesnake Raceway.

The infield show that coincides with the aerial display has tentatively been rescheduled for Aug. 8.
