Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Stuffed cabbage rolls, wild rice, zucchini and peaches.

TUESDAY: Seafood Louie salad, sourdough bread, grape juice and scones.

WEDNESDAY: Cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce, garlic bread sticks, green beans, spinach salad with strawberries and mixed fruit.

THURSDAY: Italian sausage with peppers and onions, three bean salad, blushed pears and vanilla pudding.

FRIDAY: Country fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, pineapple and cake and ice cream.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, mixed green salad, low-sodium and low-fat Italian dressing and ambrosia.

TUESDAY: Chicken gumbo, red beans and rice, colorful salad, honey dressing and fruit cups.

WEDNESDAY: Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad with dressing, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, whole wheat bread and margarine.

THURSDAY: Tuna salad, garden vegetable soup, Tater Tots, crackers, whole wheat rolls, margarine and peaches.

FRIDAY: Chicken fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns, melon, V8 and orange juice.


Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Pepperoni pizza from Papa Murphy’s, spring mix salad with feta cheese, fruit punch and frosted brownies.

TUESDAY: Beef Teriyaki, Jasmine rice, broccoli with almonds, mixed relish tray, whole wheat bread and fresh bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, French style green beans, ambrosia salad, dinner rolls and cake and ice cream. 

THURSDAY: Fried chicken, steak salad, ranch style beans and corn bread.

FRIDAY: Pork chow mein on rice, chopped spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette, whole wheat bread with apple butter and sliced pineapple.


Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Grilled turkey and Swiss sandwiches on sourdough bread, Italian vegetable pasta salad and Mandarin oranges.

TUESDAY: Baked chicken tenders, French baked potatoes, beets in orange sauce, carrot and raisin salad, cracked wheat bread, apple butter and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, garlic bread and pears with Jell-O. 

THURSDAY: Chicken broccoli rice, beet salad, apricot bran muffins, margarine, honeydew, cantaloupe and fruit cups.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Sausage and eggs, hash browns, peaches, muffins, margarine, V8 and orange juice.


Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, salad and fruit.

TUESDAY: Mexican meatballs, rice, zucchini and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken strip salad and fruit.

THURSDAY: Reuben sandwiches, potato salad and fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: French toast, bacon and watermelon.


Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Cabbage rolls, egg noodles, vegetables, garlic bread and cherry strudel.

TUESDAY: Chef’s salad, garlic bread and cake.

WEDNESDAY: Tamales, beans, Spanish rice and tapioca pudding.

THURSDAY: Kielbasa with peppers and potatoes and Jell-O.

FRIDAY: Tilapia with dill sauce, rice pilaf and pudding.
