The Lincoln Highway Association set up at petition at Change.org to seek federal recognition of the Lincoln Highway as a National Monument to President Abraham Lincoln.
The association is looking for as many people as possible to sign the electronic petition to ask President Barack Obama to recognize the entire coast-to-coast route from New York City to San Francisco.
