Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested as fugitive from justice

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

THURSDAY

At 12:41 a.m., a 40-year-old Reno man was arrested on suspicion of expired registration, fictitious registration, no valid driver’s license, no proof of insurance and failure to appear warrant after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Highway 50 and College Parkway. Bail was set at $1,495.

At 7:30 a.m., Warren Conrad, 44, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony robbery and domestic battery after deputies responded to the 300 block of S. Carson Street. Bail was set at $23,000.

At 12:55 p.m., a 23-year-old transient woman was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny after deputies responded to an attempt to locate a woman after she fled from authorities after taking items from the Carson Street Kohl’s. Bail was set at $250.

At 2:59 p.m., Chase Rowe, 31, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies conducted a consensual stop near Glacier and Gordonia drives. At the same incident, a 28-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of violation of bail conditions, and a 25-year-old Minden man was arrested on suspicion of two counts of failure to appear warrants. Bail for Rowe was set at $3,500, bail for the 28-year-old was set at $7,000 and bail for the 25-year-old was set at $785.

At 3:07 p.m., a 31-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first offense and open container after deputies responded to reports of a possibly intoxicated driver near Sierra Vista and Pinion Hills drives. Bail was set at $1,100.

At 3:20 p.m., Kristopher Stater, 31, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony fugitive from justice. Bail was set at $150,000.

At 6:32 p.m., an 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-drugs after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Arrowhead Drive and Bowers Lane. Bail was set at $1,000.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
