Every hero has a story!

The summer reading program is underway! There is still time to sign up and participate in self-directed crafts, storytime and Lego Club. Thursdays are program day and is the place to be. A schedule of events is available at the library or on the website at www.churchillcountylibrary.org and on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/churchillcountylibrary. The program includes an adult component this year so it is fun for the entire family. Stop by the library for details and join the fun!


Storytime

Storytime is held each Wednesday and Thursday at 11 a.m. Join us for stories, songs and a craft.


New and Noteworthy

The library has the latest books for all ages and in all formats.

“Cooking for Crowds” by Merry White and drawings by Edward Koren — Recipes from around the world to feed a crowd of 6-50 people. Included are Morraccah Chermoulah and Chicken Parisienne.

“Bull Mountain” by Brian Panowich — This debut novel is a multi-generational saga set in the mountains of north Georgia, where the Burroughs family has been running shine, pot, and meth for decades with rogue son Clayton Burroughs becoming a local sheriff to keep what peace he can.

“Pirate Hunters: Treasure, Obsession, and the Search for a Legendary Pirate Ship” by Robert Kurson — Traces the high stakes quest for the lost pirate ship of Joseph Bannister.

Auto Repair Reference Center — Contains the most comprehensive collection of automobile repair and reference material on the market. This database is available both inside the library and via the website 24/7.
