Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on suspicion of fradulant prescriptions

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.


TUESDAY

At 3:48 p.m., Jamie Hutchinson, 30, of Carson City, was arrested on suspicion of three counts of felony possession of dangerous drug without a prescription, three counts of felony fraud possession of a dangerous drug and three counts of violation of controlled substance act prescription fraud after deputies responded to reports of a woman filling fraudulent prescription at the Research Way Nevada Health Center. Bail was set at $15,000.

WEDNESDAY

At 12:49 p.m., a 24-year-old Sacramento woman was arrested on suspicion of battery. Bail was set at $1,140.

At 1:00 p.m., James Tucker, 58, of Carson city was arrested on suspicion of felony assault on peace officer with a deadly weapon and assault on a peace officer after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Roop and Long Streets. Bail was set at $20,000.

At 6:33 p.m., a 64-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI-second offense and failure to maintain single lane after deputies responded to attempts to locate a possibly intoxicated driver near Roop Street and Winnie Lane. Bail was set at $2,540.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
