Damon Lee Hamilton, born May 26, 1936 and passed on May 23, 2015 to play guitar with his son, Damon Lee Hamilton Jr, and daughter, Loraine Hamilton to start their own band with the angels. He graduated Blind School where he learned to play the guitar and worked on cars, all by sound. A trade he would later teach his children and grandchildren. He regained his sight in 1954 and joined the Navy to serve our great country until 1958, he was a mechanic all his life, and lived and worked to support his wonderfully, loving , family. He is survived by his beautiful loving sweetheart wife of 52 years, Marlene Hamilton, and was a wonderfully overprotective father of seven. He is survived by 5 children. Syliva Demay, Lee Matt, Rebekah Rodriguez, Matthew Hamilton, & Elizabeth Sparks. Sons-in-law, Ssgt. Raymond Sparks and Edward Lee. Honoroary Sons-in-law, Buck Wagner, Erie Valenzuela. Honorary daughters-in-law, Jenny May and Leesha Morris. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, Avery Demay, Damy Matt, Kaila Matt, Sky Matt, Billy Rodriguez, Morgan Rodriguez, Ian Hamilton Morris, Caden Bowman, and Danton Lee Sparks III. 2 great-grandchildren, Faith haven, Jeremy Damon Matt. The family respectfully asks if you choose to send flowers, to please consider outdoor plants and outdoor flowers so that the family may plant a memorial garden.
