Country singer and songwriter Tanya Tucker, first known for her 1972 hit “Delta Dawn,” will appear live in concert at 8 p.m. Friday, July 3, in TJ’s Corral, the Carson Valley Inn’s outdoor events center.
In a storied 40-year career, Tucker produced 23 Top 40 albums and a string of 56 Top 40 singles, with 41 reaching the Top 10, 33 advancing to the Top 5, and 10 No. 1 hits. Tucker has had 23 Top 40 albums on the Country Album chart. She is a nine-time Grammy nominee and the recipient of eight Gold and four Platinum albums.
