Four arrested in Fernley

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested four people after a felony fugitive was located on C Street in Fernley Thursday afternoon.

Dusten Anderson, who’s allegedly wanted on robbery and extortion charges, barricaded himself inside the residence with three other subjects, according to a press release from the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office. While a search warrant was being obtained, the suspects began flushing what was believed to be methamphetamine down a toilet.

All four subjects surrendered to the LCSO’s Emergency Response Team where they were arrested on suspicion of obstructing and delaying and illegal narcotic related possession charges.
