Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Sweet and sour chicken over white rice, Asian vegetables and peaches.

TUESDAY: Bacon, lettuce and tomato croissants, coleslaw, cottage cheese, fruit, cranberry juice and chocolate pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Center is closed for Veterans Day.

THURSDAY: Beef patties on whole wheat buns, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, fat-free mayonnaise, low-sodium ketchup, baked beans and cantaloupe.

FRIDAY: Herb crusted pork chops, baked yams, green beans, pears in juice, whole wheat dinner rolls and unsalted margarine.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Sweet and sour pork, rice, broccoli, whole wheat rolls, margarine, Waldorf salad and peach crisp.

TUESDAY: Lasagna, spinach salad, garlic bread, peaches, pineapple and brownies.

WEDNESDAY: Center is closed for Veterans Day.

THURSDAY: Barbecue beef sandwiches, corn on the cob, steamed spinach, creamy coleslaw and tapioca pudding.

FRIDAY: French toast, syrup, watermelon, bacon, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Fried chicken, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn on the cob, biscuits and apple pie and ice cream.

TUESDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Center is closed for Veterans Day.

THURSDAY: Chicken cacciatore, polenta, peas and carrots, lettuce and tomato salad with Italian dressing, pears and garlic bread.

FRIDAY: French dip, romaine bacon Swiss salad, onion rings, V8 and blueberry pie.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Grilled turkey and Swiss sandwiches on sourdough bread, carrots, peas, seasoned potato wedges and cookies.

TUESDAY: Shepherd’s pie, fresh spinach, low-sodium Italian dressing, apricot bran muffins, peach butter and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Center is closed for Veterans Day.

THURSDAY: Mexican meatballs, brown rice, seasoned zucchini, garden salad, low-fat Caesar dressing, corn tortillas and fresh papaya.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Waffles with strawberry topping, scrambled eggs with diced ham and orange juice.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Clam chowder, grilled cheese sandwiches and fruit.

TUESDAY: Chili relleno casserole, tacos and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Center is closed for Veterans Day.

THURSDAY: Pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, fries and fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Burritos and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Hamburgers with fixings, Tater Tots, baked beans and cherry crisp.

TUESDAY: Tuna casserole, green salad and cake.

WEDNESDAY: Center is closed for Veterans Day.

THURSDAY: Stuffed baked potatoes, salad bar and cherry strudel.

FRIDAY: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad and cookies.
