Boy Scout Troop 1776 Flag Retirement Ceremony was held on Veterans Day.
Fifty flags were retired in a one-hour ceremony in accordance with national protocol. Afterward, the Kiwanis Club sponsored an ice cream social for the public and scouts. Twenty scouts participated as 50 people watched the ceremony.
