Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on suspicion of felony domestic battery

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY

At 7:17 a.m., a 34-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of suspended registration, expired license plates, no insurance, suspended driver’s license and failure to appear traffic warrant after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Airport Road and Highway 50. Bail was set at $1,800.

At 8:11 a.m., a 70-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after deputies responded to reports of a man urinating on an apartment building near the 200 block of Caroline Street. Bail was set at $2,500.

At 9:07 a.m., a 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-second offense and hit and run after deputies responded to reports of a hit and run at the Roop Street Quick Stop. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 2 p.m., a 49-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny after deputies responded to reports of a woman taking items from the Long Street FISH thrift store. Bail was set at $250.

At 3:35 p.m., a 19-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 1400 block of Edmonds Drive. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 5:52 p.m., a 47-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of misuse of 911 after the man called 911 twice looking for his keys. Bail was set at $2,500.

At 7:13 p.m., Juan Bedoy-Zarate, 28, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic battery-third offense and domestic battery with substantial bodily harm near Northgate and Hampton Drives. Bail was set at $30,000.

At 8:30 p.m., Alejandro Guerrero, 20, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony burglary warrant and felony probation violation after deputies responded to reports of suspicious subject near the 2400 block of Dori Way. No bail was set.

At 10:43 p.m., 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first offense, no valid driver’s license and basic speed after deputies initiated a traffic stop near College Parkway and Lompa Lane. Bail was set at $1,150.

THURSDAY

At 2:59 a.m., a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and obstructing after deputies responded to reports of a possible residential burglary. Bail was set at $450.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
