Charlotte and Merle Lancey of Minden are celebrating their 75th wedding anniversary on Tuesday.
The Lanceys were married on Sept. 15, 1940, in Modesto, Calif., where Merle was a manager of Wells Fargo Bank and Charlotte was a homemaker.
The pair has two children, Vince Lancey of South Lake Tahoe, Calif., and Glee Gwinn of Minden, and one grandson, Joe Call of Flagstaff, Ariz.
A family celebration is planned in South Lake Tahoe to celebrate the couple’s anniversary.
