The Carson Plaza and RSVP are creating a Veteran’s Closet to support veterans who need clothing.
Donations for new and gently used clothing will be accepted from 3 to 4 p.m. on Earth Day, April 22, at Carson Plaza, 2120 E. Long St. All clothing collected will be used to create a no-cost closet for veterans who need clothing. Clothing donations also will be accepted to support the Advocates Against Demotic Violence. Anyone who donates will receive a free plant in honor of Earthy Day.
