Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested after hitting house

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

At 10:30 a.m., a 55-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of civil protective custody after deputies responded to reports of an intoxicated subject near the 5th Street Laundry Lounge. No bail was set.

At 5:07 p.m., a 36-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 600 block of Hot Springs Road. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 10:34 p.m., a 61-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license, driving on expired/suspended registration and contempt of court after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Lee and Peters streets. Bail was set at $750.

TUESDAY

At 12:38 a.m., a 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of basic speed and DUI after deputies responded to reports of an injury accident near the 3500 block of N. Carson Street. The subject allegedly ran his vehicle into a residence, though no injuries were reported from the residence. Bail was set at $1,050.

At 12:41 a.m., a 37-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Colorado and Roop streets. Bail was set at $1,000.

At 1:54 a.m., a 21-year-old Dayton man was arrested on suspicion of hit and run, obstructing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
