A range of items including jewelry, clothing and small appliances will be offered in an annual weekend rummage sale put on by Carson City Emblem Club No. 507.
The sale runs Aug. 19-21 at Carson City Elks Lodge, 515 N. Nevada St. It opens with a merchandise preview from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19. A taco salad dinner with sides and dessert will be served at 6 p.m. at a cost of $8 per person.
The sale picks up on Saturday, Aug. 20, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Sunday, Aug. 21, from 9 a.m. to noon.
Proceeds will benefit WNC nursing scholarships and other local charities.
