Harold William Hass, age 94, passed away November 12, 2016.
Harold William Hass, was a Carson City resident for the past 44 years
Harold was born July 6, 1922 in Cleveland, Ohio to William and Marian Hass.
He served in the armed Forces in France and Germany during World War II, earning a Bronze Star and The Pruple Heart.
Prior to coming to Carson City, he worked as an engineer in Southern California. In recent years, he worked as a volunteer for the U.S. Forest Service.
Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy, his daughters Cynthia and Sheryl and son James.
He is survived by his daughter, Christine, of Vail, AZ.; daughter-in-law Sue Andersen; grandsons Christopher and Andrew
At his request, no services will be held.
