The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

TUESDAY

At 8:41 a.m., Johnnie Erwin, 25, of Markleeville, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and petit larceny after deputies responded to reports of an abandoned trailer at Moffitt Park. At the same incident, Chelsee Guerrero, 21, of Markleeville, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony dangerous drug without a prescription and possession of marijuana. Bail for Erwin was set at $4,100 and bail for Guerrero was set at $5,600.

At 12:06 p.m., a 53-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of destruction of property after deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute near the 100 block of Koontz Lane. Bail was set at $500.

At 3:45 p.m., Kimberly Johnson, 46, of Reno was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of stolen property, felony burglary, felony uttering a forged instrument and felony use of false checks after deputies responded to reports of a fraud in progress near the 3600 block of S. Carson Street. Johnson was discovered to be driving a vehicle stolen out of Reno. Bail was set at $62,500.

At 5:29 p.m., a 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and driving with a suspended license after deputies responded to reports of a battery near the 3900 block of Pheasant Drive. Bail was set at $3,500.

At 11:47 p.m., a 19-year-old Reno man was arrested on suspicion of DUI with property damage, minor consuming alcohol and open container after deputies responded to reports of a vehicle hitting an electric pole near Fairview Drive and Saliman Road. Bail was set at $1,250.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes.
