Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Two arrested on suspicion of warrants

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

At 11:04 a.m., a 52-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court warrant after deputies responded to reports of an active warrant suspect near the 1100 block of Woodside Drive. Bail was set at $1,046.

At 5:50 p.m., a 35-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of a suspended sentence, obedience to traffic signal warrant and no valid license warrant after deputies responded to reports of a possible overdose near the 1300 block of Lindsey Lane. The man was transported to Carson-Tahoe Regional Medical Center by authorities and later cleared and taken to jail. Bail was set at $1,140.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
