The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is conducting compliance checks this weekend for drivers.
Saturday, Feb. 20, deputies will be conducting a checkpoint on William Street to focus on impaired driving as well as checking driver’s license and registration. DUI saturation patrols will also be done at this time.
This checkpoint is not in conjunction with the February Joining Forces event, which will be focusing on speeding drivers.
