Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Lake Tahoe Brewery owner arrested

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

At 11:32 a.m., Michael Candelario, 33, of Reno was arrested on suspicion of felony theft of property. Detectives investigated allegations Candelario, the owner of the Carson City Lake Tahoe Brewing Company, had agreed to sell equipment to another brewery in Canada, but never sent the $45,000 equipment. He was arrested at the Lake Tahoe Brewing Company. Bail was set at $25,000.

At 1 p.m., a 31-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of violation of bail conditions after deputies responded to reports of an unwanted person near Kit Sierra Loop. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 2:13 p.m., a 25-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of destruction of property and violation of a suspended sentence after deputies responded to reports of an unwanted subject near the 1500 block of Sharon Drive. Bail was set at $3,500.

At 3:05 p.m., Cheryl Crutch, 55, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony grand larceny after deputies responded to reports of an employee taking money and items from the Carson Street Kohl’s. Bail was set at $25,000.

At 4:19 p.m., Logan Snyder, 20, of South Lake Tahoe was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, felony possession of a controlled substance, battery and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies responded to reports of a man pepper-spraying a homeless man at the AM/PM Gas Station. Bail was set at $9,500.

At 11:57 p.m., a 23-year-old Dayton man was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear warrant after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Carson Street and Hot Springs Road. Bail was set at $1,693.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
