Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to sell, minor consuming

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

TUESDAY

At 4:33 p.m., Zachary Foore, 18, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and minor consuming after deputies responded to reports of subjects consuming alcohol while discharging firearms at the Flint Road Carson City Rifle Range. Bail was set at $5,150.

At 7:05 p.m., Erick Ortiz-Soto, 18, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony being under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI-drugs, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, no valid driver’s license and no proof of insurance after deputies responded to reports of a vehicle crash near Long and Humbolt streets. Bail was set at $5,200.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
