Model Jane Thacker catches attention at West Point in the overcoat, beret and boots that will be the cold weather full dress for the 80-100 female cadets expected to attend the U.S. Military Academy in 1976. This will be the first class including women at West Point, ending a men-only tradition of 174 years.
