Carson City road report

The following information applies to the period of Jan. 4-10.

Utility work will continue from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays at the following locations, with possible flagger controlled traffic:

Division Street between Fleischmann Way and Long Street; road will be closed weekdays

Mountain Street between Fleischmann Way and Long Street

Fleischmann Way between Mountain and Division streets

Long Street between Mountain and Division streets

Sierra Circle, Hillside Way, Miller Way, Pine View Way, and Lane Circle

Washington Street will be closed to through traffic between Carson and Division streets weekdays due to the construction of the East/West Water Transmission Project.

NDOT will continue work on the construction of an auxiliary lane on southbound I-580 from the Eastlake Boulevard interchange to the N. Carson Street off-ramp. There will be lane closures from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Sunday through Friday.

Race Track Road will be closed to through traffic between Bigelow and Schulz drives for the week.

There will be intermittent lane closures with two-way traffic maintained at the following locations due to utility work:

Northbound Roop Street between Winnie Lane and Dan Street

Westbound Winnie Lane just west of Lone Mountain Drive

Presti Lane just north of Eagle Valley Ranch Road

Morgan Mill Road between Empire Ranch and Deer Run roads Wednesday

Conte Drive just north of Bennett Avenue Thursday

Hot Springs Road between Carson and Roop streets; shoulder work only

Mountain Street between King and Washington streets; shoulder work only

The southwest corner of Washington Street and Colleen Court; shoulder work Monday and Tuesday

Corner of Sunset Way and S. Park Drive; shoulder work Monday and Tuesday only
