Two lifelong Carson Valley residents from old Nevada families are among the brokers at the new Gardnerville office of RCM Realty Group, which opened this month.

Managing Broker Kyle Wentz is a 2000 graduate from Douglas High School, where he played baseball for the Tigers.

Wentz graduated from UNR in 2005 with a bachelor’s in business management. He served as both a personal and real property appraiser for the Douglas County Assessor’s Office and then went on to a role as executive director of marketing with an international recruiting firm before jumping into real estate full-time in 2014. Wentz is a fourth-generation Nevadan.

Fifth-generation Carson Valley resident Kaycee (Wilcks) Summers represents a fifth generation in the Carson Valley.

Growing up she was involved in dance, St. Gall Catholic Church, Carson Valley Girls Softball Association, Nevada Comets travel ball, Douglas High softball and cheerleading. Kaycee went on to play softball at the University of Nevada where she got her degree in speech communications with a business administration minor. Kaycee started selling real estate in November 2014. In her first year, she was one of the top agents in her office, completing 20 transactions.

Devin Murphy, a 2002 Douglas High graduate, and Alex Seghieri also moved their licenses back to their hometown as well. Known as The Seghieri Group, Murphy and Segheieri are the sales contact for Cedar Creek, a development located off Dresslerville Road, more info at www.CedarCreekNevada.com. They are involved in the Carson Valley community and recently started a campaign to donate a percentage of sales back to the community that raised them.

Austin Miller joined RCM after working for four of the busiest agents at one of the largest real estate firms in town. Miller was also raised in the Carson Valley. She and her family have always been very active in the community. She has experience working in a high-tech, fast-paced environment with an in-depth knowledge of the escrow process. She is also highly-skilled in graphic design with a knack for creating visually compelling and effective marketing productions. Austin is working towards becoming a licensed agent herself and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on our team.

“We couldn’t be happier with the team we have in the new Carson Valley office,” RCM Realty Group Broker-Co-Owner Heidi McFadden. “I’m confident in Kyle’s ability to lead this dynamic group of young professionals and we’re all excited for what’s to come.”

This is RCM Realty Group’s third office. It is located at 1470 Hwy 395, in Gardnerville. Reach them at 775-392-3774 of find out more at www.RCMNevada.com
