Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a dangerous weapon

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

Carson City

FRIDAY

At 4:51 p.m., a Joshua Patterson, 27, was arrested on suspicion of a felony Douglas County warrant after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 1600 block of Medical Parkway. Bail was set at $5,000.

At 5:22 p.m., Wayne Fillmore, 25, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and violation of a probation warrant after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Rand and Long streets. At the same incident, Jesse Richardson, 28, of Silver Springs was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail for Fillmore was set at $5,500 and bail for Richardson was set at $3,500.

At 7:59 p.m., Katina Flynn, 46, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony parole and probation hold, felony possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of a controlled substance after deputies received a tip that there was drug activity at a residence near the 700 block of Hot Springs Road. Bail was set at $13,500.

At 11:19 p.m., Elizabeth Sears, 43, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance after deputies responded to reports of a possible domestic dispute near the 900 block of Colorado Street. Bail was set at $2,500.

SATURDAY

At 1:58 a.m., Kristian Sickler, 27, of Mound House was arrested on suspicion of felony own/possess a firearm by a prohibited person, felony possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and marijuana less than one ounce after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Highway 50 and Centennial Park Drive. Bail was set at $23,100.

At 5:12 a.m., a 28-year-old El Paso, Texas, woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI and head lamps required after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Highway 50 and Empire Ranch Road. Bail was set at $1,025.

At 5:58 a.m., a 24-year-old Cape Coral, Florida, man was arrested on suspicion of drunken pedestrian after deputies conducted a consensual stop near the William Street Jack In the Box. At the same incident, a 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and violation of bail conditions. Bail for the Florida man was set at $25 and bail for the Carson City man was set at $4,000.

At 9:28 p.m., a 31-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court warrant after deputies conducted a consensual stop near the 3300 block of South Carson Street. Bail was set at $500.

At 11:27 p.m., an 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of minor consuming alcohol after deputies responded to reports of an intoxicated subject near the 2500 block of Mayflower Way. Bail was set at $150.

SUNDAY

At 12:08 a.m., a 24-year-old Sparks man was arrested on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence after deputies responded to reports of an intoxicated man at the Telegraph Street Blue Bull Bar. Bail was set at $1,000.

At 8:50 p.m., a 34-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of neglect of a child warrant and a petit larceny warrant after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 2700 block of Menlo Drive. Bail was set at $11,000.

At 12:52 p.m., Katrina Balzer, 39, of Dayton was arrested on suspicion of felony parole and probation warrant, obtaining money under false pretenses warrant and petit larceny after deputies responded to reports of a woman taking items from the Market Street Walmart. Bail was set at $1,250.

At 9:53 p.m., a 44-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 400 block of Lee Street. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 11:12 p.m., Joshua Cottiero, 25, of Virginia City was arrested on suspicion of felony failure to appear warrant after deputies responded to reports of a man trying to break into a residence near the 1700 block of Russell Way. No bail was set.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
