Youth Theatre Carson City holding auditions for ‘Legally Blonde, Jr.’ June 11

Actors, singers, and dancers in grades K-12 are invited to audition for Youth Theatre Carson City’s production of “Legally Blonde, Jr.”

The show will run for six performances from July 29 through Aug. 7 in the Bob Boldrick Theatre of the Carson City Community Center, 851 E. William St.

The production, an adaptation of the hit film and Broadway musical, follows Harvard’s beloved blonde, Elle Woods, who tackles stereotypes, snobbery and scandal in pursuit of her dreams.

Auditions will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 11, at the Community Center. Auditioners are asked to prepare a one-minute song and be prepared to learn a dance.
