The following cases were heard in the Tenth Judicial District Court before Judge Tom Stockard.

Shannon Edward Crouse pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit a felony crime under methamphetamine, a Category C Felony, on or of the date of July. The potential sentence is one to five years in Nevada State Prison and a fine up to $10,000.

Sentencing is set for August.

Kenneth Paul Knaak pleaded not guilty to one county of failing to register as a convicted sex offender, a Category D Felony. The potential sentence is one-four years in the Nevada State Prison and a fine up to $5,000.

The trial was set for July.

Angela Janine Sullivan pleaded guilty to one count of possession of methamphetamine. After explaining her desire to enter drug court, Sullivan was placed on probation not to exceed three years, set to begin after her first drug court appearance with stipulations of no use/possession.

Sullivan was remanded into custody until this period.

Tony LeBeau was found guilty for possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 19-48 months in Nevada State Prison with no probation. LeBeau was given credit for time served.

Luke Aaron Wind pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to commit grand larceny of a motor vehicle on May 19, 2016, at West Williams Avenue.

The crime is yet to be determined as a Category D Felony or a gross misdemeanor, which would result in one to four years in Nevada State Prison and a fine up to $5,000 or 364 days in Churchill County Jail and a fine up to $2,000. A pre-sentencing investigation report (PSI) will determine this.

Sentencing was set for August.

Joshua William Hughes pleaded guilty to one count of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, a Category C Felony. The potential sentence is one-to-five years in the Nevada State Prison and a fine up to $10,000.

Lindo Jose Ilumnin pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful use or being under the influence of a controlled substance.

On April 24 he was unlawfully and unknowingly under the influence of a Schedule 1 controlled substance, methamphetamine.

He faced one to four years in the Nevada State Prison and a fine not to exceed $5,000. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on three years probation. He must successfully attend the Western Regional Drug Court.

Jason Andrew Thompson pleaded one count of unlawful use or being under the influence of a controlled substance.

He faced one to four years in the Nevada State Prison and a fine not to exceed $5,000.

On April 16, 2016, he unlawfully and unknowingly was under the influence of a Schedule 1V controlled substance, diazepam

Andrew Edward Shaw pleaded not guilty to one count of trafficking in a controlled substance and a second count of offer, attempt or commission of an unauthorized act relating to a controlled or counterfeit substance.

On count one, he faces one to six years in the Nevada State Prison and a fine not to exceed $50,000. On count two, he faces one to six years and a fine not to exceed $20,000.

Trial is set for October.

Aaron Don Rogers pleaded guilty to one count of the fraudulent use of a credit or debit card or identifying description of a credit account or debit card.

On Sept. 22, 2015, he used a Sears Mastercard credit card belonging to another person to purchase goods in the amount of $81.

Sentencing is set for August.

Nye Woodrow Tognoni III entered a no contest plea on one count of manufacture, importation, possession or use of a dangerous weapon or silencer, a gross misdemeanor.

Tognoni was in possession of a prohibited weapon.

Sentencing is set for August.

Richard Michael Lessick pleaded guilty to one count of attempt to commit injury to property of $5,000 or more.

He caused more than $5,000 in damage to a radio tower belonging to ATT and $85,082 to another tower belonging to Shamrock Communications. Lessick was also sentenced to 16-44 months to NSP.
