A Washington state man was killed Sunday when his motorcycle and a pickup colllided near Grimes Point.
A Sunday morning crash involving a pickup truck-trailer and a motorcycle resulted in the motorcyclist being transported by Care Flight to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno.
The crash occurred before 8 a.m. at the turnoff to Grimes Point and U.S. Highway 50.
NHP was on the scene interviewing witnesses and providing traffic control.
According to dispatch, the driver of the ruck is from Texas, and the motorcyclist has an Oregon residence.
No other information is available at this time.
