DeGolyer rodeo arrives Saturday at fairgrounds

The third annual DeGolyer Buckin’ Horse and Bull Bash takes over the Churchill County Fairgrounds this Saturday with gates open at 4:30 p.m.

Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for seniors and children 12 and under.

All rodeo main events begin at 6 p.m. including bull riding and wild horse racing and new additions such as barrel racing and women’s steer riding.

The newly added Kids Zone will be open from 4:30 p.m. onward and will feature professional face-painting by Amy the Artist and balloon-tying by Sheriff the Clown.

Attendees will be able to enjoy a concert by the 1980’s-themed band Adrenaline after the rodeo. The price for the show is covered in their ticket price, as well as Troy’s Double Shot Bar at the Dry Gulch Salloon.
