Local FFA members gathered at Lake Tahoe this past week to attend a leadership camp, in which high school students participate in team building and public speaking activities and interactive camp games. FFA provides leadership opportunities to high school students throughout the United States and its territories. ‘FFA is an amazing opportunity to make life-long friends, develop leadership skills, and learn about new advancements in the agricultural industry,’ said Katie Jones of Capitol FFA at Carson High School.
