Prisciliano Rosales Lopez was sentenced to 19-48 months in the Nevada State Prison for coercion with the use or threat of physical force and was remanded to sheriff’s deputies to await transport to begin serving his sentence.

In this case, Lopez told his victim it was his fault he was recently fired from his job and raised a firearm to the victim’s head, demanding reparations before he was eventually arrested.

Stockard said he would consider probation at a later date but didn’t see it was appropriate despite Lopez’s absence of a prior criminal history.
