Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for March 1. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:
Dotty’s, 3331 E. Highway 50, Suite 5, scored 100 points.
Kentucky Fried Chicken, 2523 N. Carson St., 98 points. Grease accumulation was found inside the cabinets of the fryers and on the floor. The floors under the kitchen hand sink and soda dispenser were dirty.
