Bruce Edward Hyatt Sr. 72, of Fallon, Nevada, passed away comfortably and peacefully,Thursday afternoon, April 7, 2016, at Renown Medical Center, Reno, Nevada,after a battle with cancer. Surrounded by loved ones at his side.

He was born October 10, 1943 in Bayshore Long Island, New York to Walter Roland Sr. and Victoria Louise Hyatt, being the 2nd of 5 children. Bruce had many talents. He spent time in the US Navy. Received cetificates and awards for

classes in painting, furniture, electrical and refrigeration repair. He went to school in Las Vegas, Nevada for air conditioning and heating. Ultimately, becoming a business owner of Fallon Service and Repair, 1985, until he retired in 2011. He loved to tinker around in his garage, loved music, travel, camping and most of all, loved his family. If you needed help with a project or advice he was the one to call. Bruce is survived by his wife of 11 years, Linda, brothers: Walter Roland Hyatt Jr. and Douglas Hyatt both of Fallon. Jerry Hyatt of Arizona. Children: Suzanne Albaugh (Norris, Helen, Wilhelmina, Waldo) of Fallon, Linda Moffitt (Jasen, Sage, Sierra) of Cumming, Georgia, Bruce

Hyatt Jr. (Bryce) of Fallon, Nevada. Step daughter: Wendy Fechter (Ken, Phillip, Lindsay, Brent, Garrett) of Montana. Proceeded in death by parents, Walter Roland Sr. and Victoria Louise Hyatt and beloved sister Vicky Sue Hyatt.

Bruce was loved by many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service will be held at Smith Family Funeral Home, 1:00pm on Saturday, April 23, 2016. Donations can be made in honor of Bruce to the Veterans of America or United Cerebral Palsy Organization.
