Proceeds from a benefit show at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 14 at Genoa Town Hall will go to Disabled American Veterans.

The show, titled “For the Sender,” will feature songs and stories told through the voices of Alex Woodard and Molly Jenson. It is inspired by the letters sent back in time from a daughter to her father, a soldier stationed in Vietnam in 1968.

Tickets are available for $20 each at Genoa Bar, 2282 Main St., Genoa, or online at Eventbrite.com by searching “For the Sender.”

Disabled American Veterans, a nonprofit established in 1920, supports veterans and their families.
