Just wanted to express my enthusiasm for the GraceWorks Carson City 2016 project. It was held Saturday, May 14 and involved eight different Carson City churches.
People from these churches helped with 11 projects throughout town, including singing and prayer at several senior living facilities; gardening help at Fremont Elementary School, the Linear Park, the Greenhouse Project and a senior mobile home park; and help with food at Ron Wood Family Resource Center and FISH. The Kiwanis provided a pancake breakfast at Mills Park to start the day off.
It is truly wonderful to see the love of Jesus expressed through the helping hands of his people! See ... different churches can work together!
